At MatriXXwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must have all original tags and packaging intact.
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or want a different size, you can request an exchange subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been worn or washed
• Items without original tags
• Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
